Shelby Dubato serves as the Managing Member of MalcolmDubato, LLC. She manages the daily operations and intra-office procedures of the business, including monitoring of referrals, retention contracts for expert cases, training protocols, and financial operations.
She is a graduate of University of Maryland, Baltimore with a Master of Social Work degree and is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health as a Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical [LCSW-C].
Ms. Dubato is a Certified Case Manager [CCM], Certified Disability Management Specialist [CDMS], and Certified Life Care Planner [CLCP].
She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals [IARP] and serves as a Board Member of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Educational Association [MWCEA].
Jody Malcolm is the founding member of Malcolm & Associates, LLC now MalcolmDubato, LLC providing comprehensive services and vocational expert testimony in workers’ compensation and litigation cases since 1989.
She is a graduate of University of Maryland, Baltimore with a Master of Social Work degree and is licensed by Maryland’s Department of Health as a Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical [LCSW-C]
In addition to her MSW and MAS educational degrees, Ms. Malcolm is a Certified Case Manager, Certified Vocational Evaluator, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Disability Management Specialist, and Certified Life Care Planner.
Ms. Malcolm is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. She has served as the President, Program Planning Chair, and Director of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Educational Association [MWCEA], as well as the Workers’ Compensation Vocational Rehabilitation Ad Hoc Committee, appointed by the Chairman of the Maryland WCC. Ms. Malcolm was appointed by the Maryland General Assembly in 2017 to serve on the Joint Committee on Workers’ Compensation Benefit and Insurance Oversight.
